DESIGNING AN EFFECTIVE WORKOUT

Many workout programs recommend the same exercises for every body without recognizing age, ability, posture, flexibility, mobility, balance, and experience. These are important factors to take into account when choosing exercises.  In this clinic you will learn how to assess the functionality of your body to determine the most appropriate workout for YOU!

Wednesday, May 11
12:15 – 1:15 pm, 4th fl
Instructor: Katherine Taylor
