Updated Version- Dynamic Warm up, Foam Rolling, and Cool Down

I would like to provide for you an updated version of my dynamic warm up, foam rolling, and cool down document.  This version includes photos of myself rather than random photos from the interweb.  I hope you enjoy it and find it useful.  Let me know if you have questions!

And remember- this is not a complete comprehensive guide 🙂  For details on more specific stretches stay tuned to my blog, or sign up to receive my weekly newsletter!

And Finally-  A big thanks to the YWCA Health and Fitness Centre in Vancouver for allowing me to take these photos as a part of my Women on Weights Training guide.  The weight lifting program runs about 4 times a year and is a comprehensive guide to teach women how to lift weights properly and injury free.  The YWCA is a fantastic, clean, fully equipped facility in Vancouver.  Check them out here:  http://ywcavan.org/fitness
