On September 14th I will be hosting my 5th round of my Core and Posture Workshop! Now that I am a Certified Posture Specialist and have gone through the extensive training to be certified by the National Posture Institute I am very excited to add my new found knowledge onto my workshop.
This jam packed program will give you enough information to spend the next months to years slowly correcting your posture! Everything from which exact muscles to stretch, the most important areas to foam roll and use the myofascial ball on (and why), and the best exercises to strengthen those muscles that get weak from bad posture.
I give you a guided program on how to slowly correct your sitting position at your desk over time (and it’s not just jamming your shoulders back!!).
The final half hour is the most fun- I teach you a series of core exercises that are functional, I can almost guarantee you haven’t tried half of them! I explain the functionality of the various core muscles and how to train them.
If you suffer from neck pain, back pain, arm tingling, hand pain, hip dysfunction, headaches, or dizziness, you are going to want to come and learn how your posture could be attributing to these conditions.
