You are most likely hunched forward, your ears are most likely not aligned with your shoulders, you stomach and back muscles are probably not engaged, and worst of all your butt is sprawled out over the chair!
So, in our current society we need to be sitting for many parts of your day, but what should you be doing when you aren't sitting to fix the issues you are creating by being in this position? Because believe me, the issues aren't just that you are hunched over, poor posture affects literally every aspect of your health and life. Even your productivity!!

I will show you how to create a program for yourself for better posture, Saturday November 29th from 1-4 pm at APT Studioes (4255 Arbutus street).
You will learn stretches, exercises, and how to foam roll your muscles for better posture (and then you can reap the benefits of better posture!!!). We will finish off the day with an explanation of why sit ups aren't functional, don't make sense, and create worse posture! I will teach you a variety of core exercises to improve core strength and functionality instead.
