What is a webinar?
A webinar is an online meeting.  You sign up for the webinar in advance, and then on the specific date and time you click on the meeting link, and can watch me present my information.  It's free.  It doesn't require any fancy equipment, and it's fun!

About the topic
All women should be lifting weights no matter what age or ability level they are!  Lifting weights prevents many diseases, specifically Osteoporosis.   Without lifting weights you are guaranteed to lose bone density and put yourself at risk. As you age you lose 2-3 kg's of muscle per every 10 years, this directly correlates to a percentage decrease in your metabolic rate.  The more muscle you lose, the less calories you burn, the less delicious food you can eat without gaining weight!  The only way to maintain that overall muscle is to lift!   Weight lifting is also the perfect way to maintain your posture as you age, strengthen body parts and movements to prevent injury in regular life, boost your metabolism, and improve your mood.  I think that many people feel they know why we should be lifting weights, but I assure you will learn a thing or two from my webinar.
