Does going to the gym twice a week make you healthy/fit/have the body of your dreams?
I firmly believe that for most people, that daily active living is where fitness and health stems from. Working out in the gym is key to building muscle, but what you do the other 23 hours of the day, 7 days a week adds up. Without MOVING as much as as possible I don't believe we can achieve our health goals!
