Why all Women should LIFT WEIGHTS

Clear your calendars! February 20th I will be speaking at the YWCA from 5:15-6:15 about why all women should lift weights! Anyone from a beginner weight lifter, to experienced is welcome. I will dive into how weight lifting helps to prevent Osteoporosis, as well as many other diseases, how weight lifting helps you to gain those elusive 'toned' muscles you are looking for (and what this REALLY means), what does 'bulking up' mean and how to avoid it, and how to get started on a strength training program anywhere!
