Muscle up Monday: Lunge/Step up (My favourite move lately).

Looking to blast the legs?  Get a rock solid butt?

Do a few rounds of these and I promise you will be shaking!

Start by standing behind a bench.
1)  With the right leg back perform a low lunge.
2)  The right leg swings forward without touching the ground and steps onto a bench.
3)  Bring yourself to a complete standing position on the right leg on the bench.
4)  THe left knee drives up into a high knee while on the bench.
5)  Repeat 5-10 times on one side, and then switch the leg that is lunging/stepping up.
