Box Jump Burpees
Be warned: THESE ARE KILLER! But KILLER usually means AWESOME RESULTS! So give it a try.
1) Perform a burpee in front of a platform (I use a park bench outside, or a secured weight bench inside):
a. Jump into the air with both hands above your head.
b. Place your hands on the ground and jump or walk your legs back into a high plank position.
c. Optional: perform a push up here.
d. Then jump or walk your legs back up to your arms.
2) Perform a two-foot jump on the bench in front of you.
3) Step down off the bench.
5) Aim for 10 to start, as you get more fit and can perform them quicker add one a few more each time!
