Fitness Move: Banana!

– Muscles Worked: Abs, Shoulders

Starting Position:

Lie on the floor with legs together and arms over head. Tighten your abs into the spine.
Action:
Keeping your head in between your arms, slowly lift your shoulders and feet off the ground. Breathe steadily and hold it for 30 seconds.
